About these terms
These terms apply to every order placed in the Studio Nine Lab shop at lab.studionine.agency. Please read them before you buy; by placing an order you agree to them. They were last updated in October 2026.
Who you are buying from
Nine Marketing Studios Ltd, trading as Studio Nine. A company registered in England and Wales, number 10970197; our registered office address is on the public Companies House register. Email hello@studionine.agency.
Who can buy
The shop is for consumers in the United Kingdom, buying for personal use. We only deliver to UK addresses (see Shipping).
Your order
The contract between us starts when you complete payment and Stripe emails your receipt. If we then can’t fulfil your order, for example because an edition sold out at the same moment or there was an obvious pricing error, we will tell you and refund you in full.
Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies. The delivery charge is shown before you pay. We take payment by card when you place your order, through Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
Products
We describe and photograph every product as accurately as we can, but colours vary slightly from screen to screen. Hand-pulled screen prints and hand-finished pieces differ slightly from one to the next. That is part of how they are made, not a fault.
Editions
Every numbered edition has a fixed size, shown on the product page. We will not reprint a closed edition in the same size and format.
Delivery
We deliver to UK addresses only. Delivery times and costs are on the Shipping page. Your order is our responsibility until it is delivered to you.
Cancelling and returns
You can cancel a physical order within 14 days of receiving it, and you have extra rights if something is faulty. The Returns page explains how. None of this affects your legal rights.
Downloads
Digital products are delivered immediately after payment. Before you pay, you confirm that you want this and that you lose your right to cancel, so downloads can’t be refunded for a change of mind. Faulty files are always fixed or refunded.
Our responsibility to you
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for business losses, because we sell for personal use only. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
Your information
We use your name, email, phone number and address only to take payment, deliver your order and contact you about it. Payments are handled by Stripe. We keep order records for as long as the law requires for tax and accounting.

Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
