Shipping
Where we deliver
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only: England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. We can’t ship to the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, BFPO addresses or anywhere outside the UK at the moment, and checkout only accepts a UK delivery address.
Cost
One flat rate per order for tracked UK delivery, shown in your bag and at checkout before you pay. Digital products cost nothing to send.
How long it takes
Tracked delivery usually takes 2 to 5 working days after dispatch. Unless the product page gives a different date, we dispatch within 30 days of your order, and we email you when your order ships.
How it travels
Prints ship rolled in a rigid tube. Framed pieces ship by courier.
Pre-orders and made to order
Items marked as a pre-order or founders’ run show an expected ship date on the product page. If that date moves, we email you, and you can cancel for a full refund.
Digital products
Delivered by email straight after payment, with a download link that stays active for 30 days.
If something goes wrong
If your order hasn’t arrived when expected, or arrives damaged, email hello@studionine.agency with your order number and we will chase it, replace it or refund you. Your order is our responsibility until it is delivered to you or to someone you nominate.
